itchy Pet awareness month

Goal: Omni-channel marketing campaign highlighting industry mindset moment of Itchy Pet Month educating pet parents on the signs, and symptoms of skin irritation and allergic itch in pets with a focus on providing solutions through use of allergy relief products, veterinary interaction and engagement with learning resources. This campaign will also maintain visibility of primary product categories (i.e. Prev, Medications, Diet etc.) and showcase supplemental categories (i.e. supplements, calming care etc.) when appropriate.

Results

  • August had highest AOV YTD

  • Introduction of SMS marketing made approx. 64% of engagement email net revenue​ with over 48% more revenue than email only.
