Real art
murals

When Real Art Chicago moved into an old warehouse space in the West Loop, we knew the walls couldn't let the walls stay blank for long. Partnering with another in designer, we each led multiple mural initiatives that explored type, illustration, the West Loop, and the core of what made up our passionate design team.

Real artcade

This L-Train inspired retro arcade mural was created in partnership with our back-end developers, who programmed their own version of vintage arcade games from open-source code, and our Ohio-based environmental production team to create custom acrylic panes and custom shallow arcade panels to build the system "int" the wall.

Absolutes

These badges of honor illustrate the 12 Real Art Absolutes adorned our entryway as a reminder of what makes us stand out.

Our final mural celebrated design and the district we call our home. This wall became the highlight of our back bay.
