pet appreciation month

Goal: Omni-channel marketing campaign leveraging industry mindset moment of Pet Appreciation Month celebrating the joy pets bring to our lives with an emphasis on showing love by providing quality health care and driving traffic and conversion through the online platform. Showcase a mixture of products in top selling categories (i.e. Prev, Medications, Diet etc.) in addition to supplemental categories (i.e. supplements, treats, dental, etc.) where appropriate, that promote a healthy lifestyle, veterinarian interaction, and engagement.

summer solutions

Goal: Omni-channel marketing campaign celebrating seasonal summer fun and adventure with an emphasis on providing education and solutions for seasonal health concerns (i.e. anxiety, GI Issues, heat + hydration, boarding concerns etc.) and driving traffic and conversion through the online platform. This campaign will als showcase a mixture of products in top selling categories (i.e. Prev, Medications, Diet etc.) in addition to supplemental categories (i.e. supplements, calming care etc.) that provide solutions for seasonal health concerns (i.e anxiety, GI issues, heat + hydration etc.)​

Results

  • Segment content + design testing lowered the unsubscribe rate by 21%

  • Up ~24% month over month in users, transactions and revenue

  • Conversion remains consistent month over month at 11%

  • July had a 33% increase in total net revenue from our engagement emails
